Join a team where your eye for detail safeguards quality from the moment materials arrive. If you thrive in GMP environments, enjoy hands‑on work, and like partnering across departments, this role is for you.

What will you work on?
  • Receive, sample, and test incoming raw materials and components under GMP and SOP guidance.
  • Run inspections to confirm materials meet regulatory and customer specs.
  • Operate in GMP cleanrooms—following gowning, cleaning, and contamination control procedures.
  • Spot, document, and communicate damaged or nonconforming materials.
  • Team up with operations and cross‑functional partners to resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain clear, complete quality documentation and records.
  • Assist with investigations, error trending, and corrective action activities.
  • Ensure suspect materials are identified, segregated, and documented without delay.
  • Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers.
Who succeeds here?
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1–2 years in QC or QA within a GMP‑regulated environment (required)
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable analyzing data and making sound quality calls
  • Warehouse or distribution experience (preferred)
  • Forklift experience (a plus)
What does the job demand physically?
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
  • Work in varied temperatures: refrigerated, frozen, controlled room temperature, and ambient areas.
  • Be on concrete floors for extended periods.
