\n Job Summary\n
\n
\n The Shipping/Receiving & Material Clerk is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supplying production with the materials needed to keep operations running efficiently. This role plays a key part in supporting production schedules, maintaining organization, and ensuring timely customer shipments.\n

\n Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
    • \n
  • Prepare, package, and ship finished products according to customer specifications.
    • \n
  • Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
    • \n
  • Deliver materials to production lines to maintain workflow.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records.
    • \n
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas.
    • \n
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
    • \n
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issues to supervisors.
    • \n
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
    • \n
  • Perform other warehouse and production support duties as assigned.
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $15.75/hour\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM CST\n
\n Overtime on Fridays based on production needs.\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Experience or Skill Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • \n
  • Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • \n
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to remain productive during slower periods.
    • \n
  • Ability to follow all company safety procedures.
    • \n
