Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous and career-oriented Quality Control Clean Room Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team for a long-term role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the critical cleaning, inspection, and packaging of precision aerospace components within a controlled clean room environment. This role requires an extreme commitment to detail, adherence to strict quality protocols, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good work ethic and able to take instruction.
Responsibilities
- Critical Cleaning: Execute precise component cleaning processes, including the use of chemicals to submerge and prepare parts, adhering to established safety and procedural guidelines. Must be willing to work with both hot water and cold temperatures.
- Detailed Inspection: Perform rigorous inspection of materials using specialized magnification tools and scopes to identify any potential damage, scratches, or impurities on very small and delicate parts. A sharp eye for detail is paramount.
- Documentation and Allocation: Maintain meticulous record-keeping, including the accurate identification and allocation of each part's serial number to its proper location.
- Precision Packaging: Conduct final packaging, placing inspected parts into vacuum-sealed bags to ensure zero impurity contamination.
- Quality Assurance: Perform a secondary UV light inspection of sealed bags to assure the product is 100% pure and clean.
- Rework Management: Accurately determine whether components require re-work or are ready for final processing.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure all procedures meet the stringent quality standards required for final inspection by external partners. The ability to minimize errors is critical, as minimal errors will be accepted.
- Clean Room Protocol: Adhere strictly to all clean room protocols, utilizing provided personal protective equipment (PPE) including lab coats, gloves, and hair nets.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing and washing heavy parts for long periods of time on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience working in a current clean room environment, preferably within the aerospace or high-precision manufacturing industry.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated history of being extremely detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to precision and accuracy.

- Physical Demands: Must be capable of performing sustained physical labor, including standing and handling parts for entire shifts.

Working Environment
This position is performed in a controlled clean room environment where strict contamination control procedures are followed. Appropriate PPE will be provided.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 3:30PM)
Pay Rate:
$20..00 - $22.00 Per Hour based on experience
