Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools and individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting elementary-aged students’ communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy tailored to diverse student needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
  • Support inclusive classroom communication strategies

This contract role offers one opening for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Begin your rewarding journey immediately, with this opportunity continuing through November 30, 2027. Caseload size will be determined prior to placement to ensure manageable, meaningful work with students.
