Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students by supporting communication and language development in an engaging school setting. This full-time contract opportunity is tailored for a Speech Language Pathologist with a passion for helping young learners overcome communication barriers and reach their highest potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in elementary school settings is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and IEP meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall learning environment

Position Details:

  • One opening available
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Assignment runs from ASAP start date through November 30, 2027
  • Caseload size to be determined; all students will be elementary age
