Make an impact supporting students across all grade levels as a school psychologist with a welcoming, K-12 district near Lockport, NY. This full-time, permanent position involves providing comprehensive psychological services to students within the district, making a meaningful difference in their educational and personal development.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid or eligible for School Psychologist certification as required by New York State
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct psychological services to students, including assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and wellness
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for students across all grade levels
  • Assist with the creation of intervention strategies to address academic and behavioral needs
  • Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives and preventative programming
  • Contribute to a positive school climate and promote student success
