Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Pediatric experience, especially in school-based settings, is highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP processes and communication with families, educators, and administrators
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from preschool to high school
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services one-on-one or in group settings
• Document student progress, maintain organized records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student growth
• Offer guidance and resources to families and staff for carry-over of skills
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute ideas for program improvement
