You'll use your expertise to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to children, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their academic and social goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure or eligibility in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • Experience working in a school environment or with pediatric populations
  • Ability to develop IEP goals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech and language assessments, intervention, and therapy to students in an elementary school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collect data, maintain accurate records, and document student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, eligibility determinations, and professional development
  • Educate staff and family members on strategies to support student communication
