Your skills in school-based speech therapy—whether your credential is SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or you have related pediatric or healthcare experience—will allow you to help students reach their greatest potential in communication, language, and social skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates invited to apply
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with educators, family members, and other professionals to support student learning and communication
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Implement therapy in individual and group settings
• Support ongoing communication with teachers and families to enhance carryover of skills
