Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare speech-language pathology preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Support students with diverse speech and language needs to enhance their participation and achievement in the classroom
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs and monitor progress
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school policies and state regulations
