Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a K-5 caseload (up to 50 students)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students (K-5) at one convenient site
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with school and state policies
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
