Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication growth and development in a collaborative school environment near Coquille, OR! This full-time position begins August 26 and offers two openings for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a positive impact in both Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (Birth–5) and K–12 programs.

Utilize your expertise to deliver essential speech and language services, working Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, with a balanced schedule that includes a daily 30-minute duty-free lunch and 225 minutes of dedicated prep time each week. The caseload is designed to be manageable, allowing you to provide quality care and attention to each student.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school-based, EI/ECSE, or pediatric settings preferred
  • Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs/IFSPs, and delivering direct therapy
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in EI/ECSE and K–12
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, school teams, and families to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development
