You'll have the chance to work with up to 80 students, supporting their growth and success through essential speech and language services.

Desired qualifications:

• Active Ohio SLP license required
• Accepting applicants with CCC-SLP credential and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience in school-based settings or with K-12 populations is beneficial
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Passion for supporting children and collaborating with educational teams

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 80 K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Foster supportive, inclusive environments that empower students to reach their communication goals
