Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license for Ohio
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for CFY
- Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Background in therapeutic techniques relevant to school settings
- Skilled in individualized education plan (IEP) processes
- Teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and support staff
- Provide teletherapy and/or in-person therapy sessions
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate students, families, and teachers on strategies that support speech and language development
- Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
