Qualifications & Experience
- Current Ohio SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and working within school environments
- Teletherapy experience welcomed
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for K-12 students with various speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure consistency of care
- Provide both in-person and, if needed, teletherapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and progress reporting
- Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities
