Take the next step in your career working with young learners in a full-time contract position focused on Early Childhood caseloads. This engaging opportunity places you at the center of a supportive school environment, utilizing your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology to make a real difference in students’ communication, language, and social development. Both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) will find encouragement and growth here, including mentorship support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) track
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early childhood, preferred
  • Knowledge of teletherapy approaches for student support
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in early childhood settings
  • Utilize both in-person and teletherapy models depending on student need
  • Maintain detailed and thorough documentation as required by the school
  • Collaborate with teachers, Special Education staff, and families for student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on communication-related goals
