Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Michigan
• Experience working in school-based and pediatric settings highly desired
• Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs across multiple grade levels
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other service providers to integrate therapeutic strategies into diverse learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to interdisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation and training to educational staff as needed
