Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in a dynamic educational setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a part-time contract basis. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a diverse student population, fostering communication skills that set a strong foundation for lifelong learning. The role runs from September 22, 2026, through April 19, 2027, with a flexible schedule of 6 hours a day, two days per week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid and up-to-date state licensure or eligibility
  • Prior experience providing speech therapy within pediatric, healthcare, or school environments
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educational staff, parents, and caregivers
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards in school settings

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and communication with families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute therapy expertise to team discussions
  • Offer direct and consultative services to help students reach their communication goals
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments in treatment plans as necessary
