Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Puyallup, Washington

In this role, you'll closely collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized plans that foster student success, communication, and confidence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Current Washington State licensure, or willingness to obtain it prior to start
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
• Open to candidates who are enthusiastic about travel opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy services and consultations to students on your caseload
• Engage with educators and families to support student progress and carryover of strategies
• Maintain clear documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
