An exciting contract opportunity is now available for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist interested in supporting early childhood students in a dynamic school setting. Working with a diverse range of young learners, you will provide essential speech and language services while engaging directly in making a meaningful difference in their academic and personal growth. This is a full-time position with a focus on an early childhood caseload, offered within an innovative educational environment committed to collaboration and student success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) – new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations in school settings
  • Proficient with teletherapy platforms and comfortable integrating technology with therapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented approach to supporting students’ needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions for early childhood caseload (ages 3-5)
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Maintain all required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Provide both in-person and virtual therapy services as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress tracking
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
