Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Professional experience in a school environment preferred, but motivated clinical fellows encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide coaching and support to teachers, staff, and families to generalize strategies across environments
