Make a lasting difference by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting near Sunnyvale, CA. This contract opportunity places you at the heart of a collaborative team dedicated to fostering student growth and communication skills. Whether you're an experienced SLP-CCC, working on your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or passionate about pediatric populations, your expertise will be valued as you provide impactful services within the school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Appropriate state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or current CFY
  • Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in schools
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Passion for supporting children’s language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct speech/language intervention in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate and guide staff and parents regarding communication disorders and strategies
  • Remain current with evidence-based practices and district procedures
