Job Description

Make a lasting impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. Embrace the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment enriched by the support of a seasoned SLP director and a dedicated team of nine fellow SLPs. This engaging, full-time contract role offers two unique placements—one at two elementary schools, and another spanning K-12 with a primary focus on elementary learners.

Bring your expertise in communication disorders to a community that values professional growth, student-centered care, and strong peer collaboration. New graduates who hold or are eligible for the Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience are encouraged to apply and will discover ample mentorship and encouragement; however, please note that SLPA supervision is not available at this time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in progress for CFs
  • Passion for working with diverse student populations, particularly at the elementary level
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to fostering students’ growth in speech, language, and social communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and assessment services to students as assigned
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists for holistic student support
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student success
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to the positive culture among SLP peers

Imagine the difference you can make, supported by colleagues who understand your professional journey and guided by an SLP-director. Apply now and discover a vibrant, fulfilling contract role where your skills will truly matter!
