Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

$20.00- $22.00 /hr

Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

On-call bonus structure, up to $1,700 annually

2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction, or equivalent (we can train you!)

HVAC experience preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full-time, year-round work.

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Valid driver’s license required.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
