LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – HVAC REQUIRED
EXPERIENCED LEAD TECH NEEDED – START ASAP!
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. We need a strong, hands-on technician who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the property's maintenance needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Lead Maintenance experience REQUIRED
- HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Experience completing work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to work independently and lead a maintenance team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be available to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work orders
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Complete apartment make-ready/unit turns
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and other property issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Assist with training and directing maintenance team members
- Maintain common areas, grounds, equipment, and vacant units
- Communicate effectively with the property management team
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a true Lead Tech who is strong in HVAC and multifamily maintenance. This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate should be able to diagnose problems, complete repairs, lead by example, and get the job done without constant supervision.
