Property Manager – Single Family Rental Homes in Sioux City, IA

Pay: $40,000-55,000

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sioux City, IA — (in-person, not remote)

We manage single-family rental homes in the Sioux City area and need a hands-on Property Manager to run day-to-day operations. This includes:

  • filling vacancies
  • collecting rent
  • coordinating maintenance
  • keeping properties compliant with city inspection requirements
  • screen applicants
  • preparing and signing leases
  • collect rent and follow up on past-due accounts
  • schedule and prep for property inspections with the county
  • manage the eviction process when necessary, following Iowa law
  • Keep everything organized and up to date in AppFolio
  • familiar with Iowa landlord-tenant law and the eviction process
  • organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
  • valid driver’s license — you’ll be visiting properties regularly
