About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines infrared heat, exercise, and virtual instruction to provide members with an efficient and effective workout experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our Beaufort team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for fitness, and is motivated by sales and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and prospective members into the studio
• Conduct studio tours and explain the HOTWORX workout experience
• Sell memberships and meet individual and studio sales goals
• Follow up with prospective members through phone calls, texts, and email
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective members
• Assist with member onboarding and provide exceptional customer service
• Promote memberships, retail products, and studio promotions
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve studio goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Motivated by sales and achieving goals
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous sales, customer service, or fitness experience is preferred but not required
