Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Manchester, Tennessee

This contract role focuses primarily on elementary students, with some responsibilities in middle school environments, across 2-3 buildings near Manchester, TN. Candidates with a range of experience are welcome, and compensation is based on your previous school-based experience, ranging from $45–$57 per hour.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Background in school-based SLP or SLPA roles; pediatric and teletherapy settings a plus
• Solid understanding of IEP development, student documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Previous work with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in K–8 educational settings
• Evaluate, develop, and implement IEPs for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student progress
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student data collection
• Rotate between two or three assigned buildings to deliver consistent services
