Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make an impact with K-6 students in a highly organized and supportive charter school environment near Philadelphia, PA. This contract assignment begins ASAP and extends through June 11, 2026, offering full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a focus on delivering meaningful, student-centered therapy in a collaborative setting.

You’ll manage a consistent caseload of approximately 13 students daily, including those with speech-only needs as well as students for whom speech is a secondary disability. Expect to work with a variety of communication profiles, including nonverbal, autistic, and higher-needs students, ensuring every learner receives tailored support. Importantly, the workload is designed to support work-life balance—there is no Medicaid billing, and progress monitoring is completed quarterly, without requiring you to pull students from services to write reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP credentials
  • Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
  • Up-to-date PA clearances
  • Strong communication and engagement skills, flexibility, and consistency
  • Prior experience with EdPlan IEP system preferred
  • Virtual service experience highly valued

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services as outlined in IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and a dedicated paraeducator during sessions
  • Contribute to a positive, structured, and engaging school culture
  • Monitor and document student progress quarterly using EdPlan

Compensation up to $55 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.
