Step into a vital role supporting elementary students as a School Psychologist beginning September 16th. This contract opportunity offers flexibility, welcoming candidates seeking both full-time or part-time work. You’ll make a meaningful difference within approximately 650 students across 1.5 elementary schools, helping to foster a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and record reviews in school settings
• Strong knowledge of best practices in supporting elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing a dynamic caseload and adapting to varying student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct approximately 40 testing evaluations and about 20 record reviews in alignment with school and district guidelines
• Support the academic, social, behavioral, and emotional development of students
• Consult and collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement interventions
• Interpret data and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Serve as a resource regarding child development and crisis situations
