Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid and current state certification/license for School Psychologists
- Experience working within a school setting, preferably as a building psychologist
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Assist in the development and monitoring of IEPs and 504 Plans
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives for student well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
