Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year as an on-site Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with special education teams across multiple school buildings, supporting students in their academic and developmental growth. Travel between sites is required, offering you the chance to make a district-wide impact and experience a diverse caseload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State COTA license
  • NBCOT Certification required
  • School-based or special education experience preferred
  • Ability to work on-site and travel between multiple schools within the district
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability to meet student and district needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support occupational therapists in implementing student-specific treatment plans
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions for K-12 students as directed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services provided
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs and school environments
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input on student progress as appropriate
