Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Indianapolis, IN

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Indiana)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged, but CFY candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• SLPA with school or healthcare experience will be considered

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Conduct student assessments and maintain progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Consult with educators and families to support carryover of skills
• Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment
