Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Moore Haven, FL

This contract opportunity is perfect for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about making a daily impact while traveling to multiple campuses throughout the Hendry County area. Assignments are coordinated in advance, giving you clarity on your schedule and students, and you'll enjoy a variety of experiences across several school settings.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, active Florida COTA license
• Previous experience in a school environment is a plus
• Willingness and capability to travel throughout the county during the workday
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptable, organized, and enthusiastic about working with K–12 students of all abilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering individual and group occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student IEP goals
• Documenting sessions and progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Adapting interventions to meet a diverse range of student needs
• Supporting multiple school sites, gaining valuable experience with a variety of educational teams
