Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Florida
• Prior experience in a school-based setting highly desirable

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district protocols
• Collaborate with supervising Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and school-based initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students of varying abilities
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes according to established timelines
• Adapt therapy approaches to best serve the unique needs of each school site
