Embark on a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students' lives as a dedicated Occupational Therapist serving two welcoming schools in the Broomfield and Louisville area. This full-time, on-site contract spans the academic year, allowing you to support a diverse caseload of students and collaborate with passionate educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license required
  • At least one year of classroom-based OT experience in a school setting
  • CDE license in hand or actively in process (must be provided for consideration)
  • Strong understanding of the school environment and the unique needs of pediatric populations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to best practices and individualized support for students

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services to a caseload of 50 students across two sites (25 per school)
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and implement tailored interventions
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth, independence, and participation in the classroom
  • Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Serve as a resource for strategies and adaptations that support student engagement and success
