This contract opportunity is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist experienced in school-based settings. You'll play an integral part in supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, focusing on assessments, interventions, and collaborative planning with educators and support staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Occupational Therapy (OT) license (required)
  • Previous experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting evaluations and developing individualized plans of care
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and service delivery
  • Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards within educational settings

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services and support to students in elementary and middle school, with possible high school overflow evaluations
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine student eligibility and appropriate interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions aligned with IEP goals
  • Support caseload management, including participation in IEP meetings and collaborative planning
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required by school policies
  • Offer consultative support to educators and staff to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Work onsite, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week
