Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Yelm, WA

Step into a pivotal role guiding K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the full 2026-2027 academic year, working onsite in a vibrant school community. Your expertise will make a meaningful impact across a district, collaborating with staff and supporting a diverse student population. This full-time contract covers 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to build strong connections and witness the growth of students throughout the year.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a WA BCBA License before start date
• Experience managing K-12 caseloads, ideally in a school setting
• Passion for working in person—onsite presence in schools is required; virtual/remote work is not an option
• Ability to supervise and support Behavior Support Assistants (BSA’s)
• Must complete or be willing to complete fingerprinting through OSPI

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans across a district-wide K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes
• Train, mentor, and supervise BSA’s, promoting fidelity in implementation and professional growth
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Serve as a behavioral resource to school staff, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment
