School Occupational Therapist - Manchester, New Hampshire

This position offers a dynamic, school-based environment in the Manchester, NH area, working with approximately 25 students who benefit from occupational therapy services. The assignment runs from September 1st through June 15th, offering a stable and structured schedule, totaling 31 hours per week.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid credential/licensure for Occupational Therapy (OT) with school-based experience
• Strong history of supporting school-age children, particularly in both elementary and high school settings
• Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and implement effective treatment plans
• Confident, proactive approach—seeking candidates who demonstrate expertise and professionalism
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to quickly adapt and contribute positively in busy educational environments

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT services to a diverse caseload of elementary and high school students
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to develop and adjust student-centered therapy plans
• Conduct assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and track student progress
• Provide direct intervention, consultation, and classroom support as needed
• Manage time effectively across 3 days each week at the elementary campus and 2 days at the high school
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and making recommendations for ongoing student success
