Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school environment near Lynnwood, WA! This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive on making a positive impact in the lives of children and are experienced across various settings, including school-based and teletherapy services. Your expertise will help students communicate confidently and achieve their personal and academic goals.

Desired Background and Skills:

  • Current VA SLP license required
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Comfortable delivering teletherapy services in addition to in-person support
  • Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability as caseload and school assignments are finalized

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to a diverse student population (ages, schools, and caseload to be determined)
  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring as required
  • Provide innovative and engaging teletherapy services as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and school district guidelines

This contract role runs from August 12, 2026, through June 15, 2027, supporting approximately 8 hours per week.
