A-Line Staffing is seeking a LTC Closed Door Pharmacist for an on-site contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This is a great fit for a Wisconsin-licensed RPh who’s comfortable with dispensing, patient consultation, and supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations on an evening shift.

Position Highlights

• Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (potential for Saturday coverage)
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $65.75/hour
• Openings: 2
• Type: Contract (W2)

What You’ll Do

• Accept and dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files
• Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications (dosage, storage, side effects, interactions)
• Identify medication-related issues and communicate effectively with prescribers and care teams
• Provide patient services as applicable (e.g., smoking cessation support, blood pressure checks, cholesterol management)
• Educate patients on proper use of medical devices (e.g., BP monitors, glucose meters)
• Compound medications for internal/external use; prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff (technicians, clerks, etc.)
• Manage and maintain appropriate pharmaceutical/medical supply inventory

Requirements

• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) required
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license required
• Strong patient-service mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with pharmacists, technicians, prescribers, nurses, and other healthcare staff
