Key Qualifications:

• Current, active South Carolina Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based physical therapy, with a strong understanding of K-12 student needs
• Capability to provide both onsite therapy and virtual supervision for PTA services
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational abilities for effective caseload management and timely documentation
• Comfortable with adaptation and flexibility in a multi-site role, including virtual service provision when needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, in-person physical therapy services to K-12 students
• Supervise licensed PTAs virtually, ensuring quality of care in a VOCO setting
• Perform assessments, develop individualized plans, and document student progress
• Maintain detailed records and meet timelines for all paperwork and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with school staff and families
• Travel between multiple educational sites as required
