Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment is strongly preferred

- Adept at adapting strategies for a variety of learning and mobility needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to enhance students' motor skills and access to the educational environment
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families on strategies that encourage student growth
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for student needs
- Provide training and support for school staff regarding adaptive equipment and movement strategies
