Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid CCC-SLP license or CFY eligibility
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with elementary caseloads
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy both individually and in groups
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Administer standardized assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Foster a positive, supportive environment to facilitate student communication progress
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
