Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
- Offer consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student communication challenges
