Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or be pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working in pediatric and/or school populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based practices is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ unique needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Communicate goals and progress with teachers, staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral member of the educational team
  • Keep comprehensive records and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner
