Shape the future of young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a vibrant educational setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This dynamic contract opportunity focuses on supporting K-12 students, offering a diverse caseload and the chance to make a meaningful difference each day. We welcome ASHA-certified SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) with a passion for pediatric care within schools. Candidates with experience in teletherapy, healthcare, or direct school-based intervention are encouraged to apply. (Note: This role does not involve voco services.)

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field (required for SLPs)
  • Current state licensure or eligible for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates are considered
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, special educators, and support staff

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, tailored to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with classroom teachers and families to support student success across settings
  • Contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams focused on holistic student growth
  • Support the development of communication skills that foster academic and personal achievement
