Qualifications:

  • KS Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
  • SLP-CCC or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Experience managing moderate-to-large caseloads is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students in assigned caseloads (20–55 students, depending on the role)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in school meetings
