School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lebo, Kansas

We are seeking talented Speech-Language Pathologists to fill multiple openings for the upcoming academic year. These roles offer the opportunity to work with a dynamic multidisciplinary team and make a lasting difference for K-8 learners.
Available positions include:
- Full-time middle school SLP (caseload: 45–50 students, across two schools)
- Full-time elementary SLP (caseload: 50–55 students, across two schools)
- Part-time elementary SLP (caseload: 20 students)
Both on-site and hybrid arrangements are available to provide flexibility and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Kansas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Relevant experience in school settings working with students with a wide range of speech/language needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfort with technology and remote service delivery, if considering hybrid work
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Provide direct and consultative services for students
- Maintain accurate documentation and case management for assigned caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
