School Physical Therapist | Wallace, South Carolina

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in South Carolina
• Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
• Comfortable supervising a licensed PTA for VOCO services
• Ability to balance onsite responsibilities with remote supervision/paperwork
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct in-person PT services to K-12 students across multiple school sites
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting student academic success and physical wellness
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, teachers, and families to promote students' access to educational activities
• Complete all documentation, progress notes, and required paperwork efficiently
• Provide virtual supervision for a PTA as required for VOCO PT
• Adapt interventions to individual needs in a dynamic school setting
